The school is staffed by the Headmistress, Deputy Head Teacher, Class Teachers, Teachers’ Assistants, Cook, Midday Assistants and Cleaners.

The Class Teachers are responsible for the children in their class.

Together, the Governors, the Headmistress and the Teachers plan the development of the school.

Individual Teachers are responsible as subject leaders for the different curriculum areas. Every child is given a baseline assessment within the first seven weeks of starting school. Each child is carefully monitored by the Class Teacher, assessed regularly, and a report is written and discussed with the parents. There is an after school open afternoon or evening once a term when the parents may view their child’s work and meet with the teachers. At the beginning of each academic year, parents are invited to meet the next class teacher. Each Friday afternoon, after Parents’ Assembly, parents are welcome to view their child’s work.
