The purpose of the Governing Body is to help the school provide the best possible education for the children. The Governing Body is a corporate entity and acts as a group. The strength of the Governing Body lies in the talents of its members, and their ability to work together as a team.
Governors are elected or appointed by different groups including parents, teachers, LEA, Parish Council and the Church. |
